The AGM will take place on Thursday 4th November 2021, in the club rooms in Lorcan O’Toole Park at 7.30pm.
(If covid restrictions are not lifted the meeting will have to take place online and we will notify you of same).

- Adoption of Standing Orders
- Correspondence
- Hon. Secretary’s Report
- Hon. Treasurer’s Report
- Chairman’s Address
- Election of Officers/ Executive Committee
- Notices of Motions
- Any other Business
Notice of motions for the AGM and nominations of registered full members to serve on the Executive committee or as one of the ordinary committee members may be made by any two registered full members and must be submitted in writing to, and received by, the Secretary no later than Thursday 21st Oct 2021.
