50808 is a safe space to share anonymously, we take your privacy very seriously. Our crisis volunteers only know what you share with them via text and nothing else.
We are here for you every hour of every day. From calming chats to immediate support during a mental health or personal crisis – big or small. 50808 is here for you 24/7.
50808 provides a safe space where you’re listened to by a trained Crisis Volunteer. You’ll text back and forth, only sharing what you feel comfortable with.
By asking questions, listening to you and responding with support, they will help you sort through your feelings until you both feel you are now in a calm, safe place.
Aware provides support services to individuals experiencing depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, or other mood related conditions as well as to people who are concerned about a loved one. All three support services are offered free of charge.
