Most games this weekend were washed out due to the weather but one fixture did survive our senior hurlers traveled out to Mobhi Road on Sunday morning to take on Na Fianna but unfortunately lost out. There are no adult games fixed for this weekend.
As part of the celebrations on the centenary of the 1916 rising, Crumlin GAA are looking to organise an event in the club to mark the occasion. We are looking to hear from anybody who feels they may be able to contribute in any way to the event. Anyone with any 1916 memorabilia or any stories, songs or poems related to the rising is welcome to contribute. We would also love to hear from anyone who knew or was related to someone directly involved at the time and who was from the general Crumlin area.
If you feel you have anything to contribute please contact the club by email or you can contact Ronán @086-8369444.
