A big thank you to all those who volunteered on Friday and Saturday in the Ashleaf for our annual bag pack. Huge amount of credit to Brenda and her team for organising the event. Want to help Crumlin GAA out, well Tesco Express in Crumlin Village are placing 3 collection cylinders at the front of their store. These boxes are not for money, but for Tesco Community Fund tokens. Over 6 weeks of the campaign, customers will be given a Tesco Community Fund token with each transaction and will be asked to vote by placing that token into their chosen local good causes cylinder. The three organisation taking part are Crumlin GAA, the Order of Malta and 3c’s Twirlers. At the end of the 5 weeks a €500 donation will be divided in proportionate to the amount of tokens in each cylinder.

Congratulations to the senior hurlers who retained their Senior Hurling status with a fine performance against Ballinteer St Johns on Thursday night. Also to our second Camogie team who beat St Finians of Swords on Tuesday night. Our minors added to their championship last week with another fine win on Friday night. Our U13 girls football team will play the semi final of their championship on Sat in Pearse Park at 3pm please support.
Hard luck to our ladies footballers who were beaten in the Championship Final on Friday night. Three in a row was a step too far for this team but no doubt they will be back next year pushing for more honours.
