There will be advanced coaching sessions taking place during the Halloween mid-term break for teenage players from the clubs in South Dublin. Football/Ladies Football will take place over 2 days with Hurling/Camogie taking place on 2 separate days. Dublin Players will be in attendance each day as well as other qualified coaches. Topics such as athletic development and nutrition will also be covered over the course of the week. Players can participate for some or all of the days depending on their interest in certain sports. Players are simply asked to indicate to club coach/liaison person which days they wish to attend by Wednesday 21^st October so we can plan accordingly in terms of coaches and equipment.

Club AGM will take place on Thursday 29^th Oct at 7.30 sharp. We are asking All members to make a special effort to attend and we are looking for nominations for Club officers and Management Committee. Please see notice board for details

Senior Hurlers play senior Hurling Championship Relegation Playoff this Saturday in O’Toole park at 3pm be sure you’re there to support the lads. Ladies play semi final of the cup on Tuesday night in Stepaside at 7.30pm and finally the Camogie girls play camogie championship on Wednesday night in Bray at 7.30pm. Let’s hope they can follow up on their fine win Sunday morning in the Phoenix Park.

Well done to the under 15 who beat Castleknock in the championship final today in Pearse Park.  The team were down by 5 points with 10 minutes to go to come back and win by a point, well done lads you did your club proud

Blue skies and barely a puff of wind in Pearse Park on Saturday made for perfect conditions as Crumlin hosted Faughs and Lucan for the U9s hurling blitz. With the nursery also in action the park was alive with Gaelic games.

Juvenile news, the U14 footballers beat Kilmacud but the U15 footballers lost by to St Pats Donabate in Div 2 shield. Our U12 Hurlers lost to Thomas Davis but the U12 camogie had a win over Rd Towers Clondalkin.

The Senior match against Kilmacud scheduled for tonight (Saturday September 26th) has been called off.

As tickets are extremely scarce for this weekends All Ireland final why not watch the match Live on the Big screen in the club with all pints €3.50.

Well done to our Junior Hurlers who avoided relegation on Sunday morning and to the Senior Hurlers who had a very impressive win over Faughs on Saturday. Camogie team was narrowly edged out by Ballyboden in championship on Thursday night despite a spirited comeback.

On Sunday September 13^th, Crumlin ladies welcomed teams from Knockavilla/Donaskeigh Kickhams GAA Club in Dundrum Co. Tipperary.   Three very close matches were held and Crumlin came out on top in each one.

Many thanks to Knockavilla/Donaskeigh Kickhams for coming to visit the club.

Only fully paid up members are entitled to apply for All Ireland tickets. All request for tickets need to be submitted by this Saturday the 12^th. Please NOTE that similar to 2013 when demand seriously outnumbered supply not all applications are guaranteed to get a ticket as the club will only get roughly 50 tickets.

Congratulations to our Minor Hurlers who had a very comprehensive championship win on Sunday morning in Pearse Park. Hard luck to our Div10 Dazzlers who failed to finish in the top 4 playoff positions.
