The Annual Stephens Day Match will take place in Lorcan O’Toole park at 11am followed by sandwiches and drinks in the club house after. The match this year will for the first time feature ladies in a mixed game so even if you’re not playing make sure you get out to support the teams.

Club Shop is now closed for the holidays and will reopen when the kids return to school.

The first ever edition of the Crumlin GAA Ezine has been launched, click here to download a copy.  With this we hope to bring you monthly updates on all things Crumlin related.
Each edition will look to feature:
  • Match Reports
  • Upcoming Fixtures
  • Photos
  • Dedicated Juvenile Section
  • Lotto Results
  • Upcoming Events
  • Much more
Each edition will hopefully be no longer than 3 pages unless we win a championship and a full pull out section is required.
The ezine will published roughly every 4 weeks by email, but there will be hard copies available in the Club for parents, players, social members etc to bring home with them.

Well done to our senior hurlers who secured promotion back to Division 1 with a spirited extra time win over Plunkets on Sunday morning in a cold blustery Pearse Park.

Mark O’Neill is selling Christmas trees and wreaths in the car park of Lorcan O’Toole Park so be sure to get down and get your tree of him this year.

Huge thanks to Ruth, Catherine, Carol, Brenda, Maureen and all the rest who helped out in the organisation and running of this great event. It takes a team of people to run such a big event and Ruth would like to say a special thank you to all those who donated, manned stalls, sold raffle tickets and generally helped out on the day. Your help and continued support is very much appreciated. A great day/night was had by all.

Final Collection for Christmas Fare

Our final collection for the Christmas Fair is on this Saturday in the Club from 12 noon to 3 pm, all donations are needed and appreciated.

We are looking for all adult players and mentors to donate either a bottle of spirits or wine.

The fair will take place on Sunday from 12 noon to 5 pm and we hope everyone comes up to the club to support this fundraiser..

Our annual Mass for deceased members will be held this Thursday night the 26th of November at 8pm in Club Rooms and this is open to all members.

Our Annual Xmas Fair will be held on Sun the 29 Nov in Lorcan O’Toole park from 12-5pm.  We are looking for donations of all kinds Toys, Dvd, Household items, Christmas goods, etc. Last collection day is 28 Nov from 12-3.Donations can also be left in at the Club on Thurs to Shirley in the club shop from 8-9.

Congrats to our U14 team who did the double the management would like to pay special tribute to everyone who helped out this year. Adam Doyle, Shane Walsh and David Kellet with Liam Martin backing them up in hurling. Team managers would like to thank Aaron Dowling, Taylor Sutton, AJ Butler, Adam Creighton, Barry Comerford, Jack Gallagher, Mikey McHugh, Sean McGee, Jake Stacey, Craig Raymond, Scott Reace, Sean Walsh, Adam Fitzsimmons, Craig Davis, Liam Murray and the U13s lads who stepped up. The team will also be welcoming back Sean Kelly and Luke Byrne next year who missed this year due to injuries.

Congratulations to Collie and Kit who gave birth to young Canice Hennebry on Saturday with a name like that this kid is going to be awesome. Also to Chris Quinn on his recent new arrival.

Clubs Notes: 16th November, 2015

A special convened meeting will be held on the 19th November in Crumlin GAA Club. Please see here for more details.

Seniors are playing AHL2 promotion playoff on Wednesday night at 8pm in St Finians of Newcastle all support welcome. Just a note the U14 league final was postponed on Saturday due to an unplayable pitch.

THE CRUMLIN GAA CHRISTMAS FAIR

Our Annual Chrismas Fair will be held on Sunday the 29th of November 2015 in Lorcan O’Toole Club House from 12noon until 5pm.  We are looking for donations of all kinds of items ie: Toys, Dvd’s, Household items, Christmas goods, Games, Books etc.,

We are having two main collection days at the Crumlin GAA Club, the details are as follows:

  • Saturday the 21st of November 2015 from 12 noon to 3 pm
  • Saturday the 28th of November 2015 from 12 noon to 3 pm

Donations can also be left in at the Club every Thursday from the 19th of November 2015 to Shirley in the club shop from 8-9pm. On the day we will have a wheel of fortune, a grand raffle and lots of stalls selling all kinds of gifts, both new and second hand. We will have various surprises for all the children that come to the fair on the day from 2pm to 4pm so make sure you get all the family to come.

This event is again one of our main fundraisers for the entire club so we look forward to receiving your support through donations and attending on the 29th of November 2015.

We look forward to seeing you all and thanks again for helping our Club in any way you can.
