Guess who dropped by Crumlin GAA yesterday morning?
SANTA!!!
Santa spent lots of time with the children and it was heart warming to see all the smiles and wonder on their faces.
Santa told us afterwards that as always it was his pleasure to visit all the nursery kids in Crumlin GAA. He said he has being keeping an eye on their progress and can see how amazing and committed they all are. He was also pleased to report that none of the children are on the naughty list this year…yet!
58 children attended yesterday morning’s session and the pure joy and happiness on their faces was amazing to see especially given the difficult times they have experienced over the last 2 years. The youth coaches gave a lovely gesture by giving the nursery kids a guard of honour! The park was filled with Christmas cheer on a very cold morning.
The kids were treated to yummy gift boxes made by CakesnCandy, a great local business selling custom made cakes and confectionery. Check them out!
The nursery organisers would like to say a huge thank you to all the coaches that turn up every Tuesday and Saturday and provide a fun space for the children to learn and play. Thank you so much you should be very proud of yourselves.
