Last Friday 22nd September, we held our annual Golf Classic in Newlands Golf Club.

It was a fantastic day out which included a 3 course meal and prize giving afterwards.

We would sincerely like to thank our main sponsor Senator Mary Seery Kearney. The event also gained sponsorship from Senator Catherine Ardagh and Councillor Pat Dunne. We are so grateful to have such interest from local politicians in our community by supporting these vital club fundraising events.

The day was a great success and we’d like to acknowledge Shay Reilly, Niall Thornton & Vivian Giles for organising the event for our golfing members.
